Refund & Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return if the device is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

1. Email hello@anlankw.com with your order number and reason.
2. We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with the return address and steps.
3. Ship the parcel tracked. Keep the receipt.

• Kuwait & GCC: we cover one return per order if the item is unused or defective.
• All other countries: the customer pays return shipping, except if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product — then we cover it.

Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Used devices (gel residue, scratched head, missing parts), returns after 14 days, returns sent without tracking, or returns sent without prior email approval.

Manufacturing defects only. It does not cover water damage beyond IPX6 use, drops, unauthorised repair, or use without conductive gel. For a warranty claim, send a photo and your order number to hello@anlankw.com. We repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
