You buy from ANLAN KW. Our devices carry ANLAN technology inside — ANLAN is the engineering partner behind the hardware — but the order, invoice, shipping, 12-month warranty and customer support are provided by ANLAN KW only.

Our devices are cosmetic beauty appliances for home use. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Results vary from person to person. Always read the instruction manual before use and follow the contraindications listed there.

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD) and converted for display in GBP, USD, EUR and AED. The final charge is taken in the currency shown at checkout. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are payable by the customer. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
